 MOTIONS:

Section 4.4 of approved Bylaws

“Motions to be voted on at the Annual General Meeting of the voting members or at any Special Meeting can be brought by the Executive Board of Directors as well as all other voting members of the Club. All motions by members are required to be submitted to the Executive Board of Directors at least 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. Motions to be voted on during special meetings, should be sufficiently described in the Notice for the special meeting as described below.”
